Capgemini Raises Growth Forecast Amid Strong AI Demand
Capgemini, a leading French IT consulting firm, has revised its 2025 revenue growth forecast upward to 2%–2.5%, up from the previous range of -1% to +1%. This adjustment follows a stronger-than-expected third-quarter performance, with revenues reaching €5.39 billion, a 2.9% increase year-over-year on a constant currency basis. The growth was primarily driven by robust demand for AI-driven solutions and a 7% revenue increase in North America, particularly in sectors such as financial services, telecoms, media, technology, and life sciences.
Capgemini's strategic focus on artificial intelligence is evident in its recent €2 billion investment plan, aimed at expanding its AI capabilities over the next three years. This investment is expected to double the size of its data and AI teams to 60,000 professionals. The company is also leveraging partnerships with major tech firms like Microsoft and Google Cloud to enhance its AI offering
