Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads through field visits, calls, and online platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Explain product/service features and benefits to customers.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred.
